- "Merchant" refers to businesses using Wallet Wise to accept payments.
- "Customer" refers to individuals using Wallet Wise to make payments or manage their e-wallet.
- "Services" refer to features such as NFC payments, balance checks, and account management.
- "User" refers to both Merchants and Customers collectively.
3. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use Wallet Wise services.
- By using Wallet Wise, you confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
4. Account Registration
4.1 For Customers
- You must register an account and provide accurate personal information.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
4.2 For Merchants
- Merchants must provide valid business information, including tax identification numbers, for account registration.
- Merchants are required to comply with all applicable local laws and regulations related to their business.
5. Use of Services
5.1 For Customers
- Customers may use Wallet Wise to make payments, view transaction history, and check account balances.
- Wallet Wise does not guarantee the availability of all merchants within the app.
5.2 For Merchants
- Merchants may use Wallet Wise to accept NFC payments, track sales, and withdraw funds.
- Merchants are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of transaction details.
6. Payment and Fees
- Wallet Wise may charge transaction fees or service fees. These fees will be disclosed during use.
- Customers agree to fund their e-wallets only through verified payment methods.
- Merchants are responsible for any applicable taxes on received payments.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Users must not use Wallet Wise for illegal activities, fraud, or money laundering.
- Users must not interfere with Wallet Wise’s systems or attempt unauthorized access.
8. Data Privacy

- Wallet Wise may mediate disputes but is not liable for unresolved issues.
10.2 For Merchants
- Merchants must have a clear refund policy disclosed to Customers.
- Wallet Wise may deduct refunds from future payouts if a Merchant’s account balance is insufficient.
11. Termination of Account
- Wallet Wise reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Users may terminate their accounts by contacting Wallet Wise support.
12. Intellectual Property
- Wallet Wise and its content, including logos and software, are protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of Wallet Wise without written consent.
